		<description>I think the idea that Deadspin was being malicious in outing these people (which they were) is ancillary to the actual stories told. They paint a picture much worse than adultery. It’s not too much to ask that your employees behave themselves in an ethical manner.

Now, it goes without saying that Deadspin has lower standards for their sources than the MSM. So the validity of all their claims is rightfully called into question. ESPN would be wrong to do nothing if the people mentioned in these reports were to insist they’re innocent. Their status within the company makes them public figures. ESPN’s reputation is tied to that of its high ranking employees and it should stand by them if they are unjustly called into question.</description>
