It shows Chicago Blackhawks star and South Buffalo native Patrick Kane in the back of a police car after being arrested for allegedly robbing and assaulting a Buffalo cab driver early Sunday morning.
Kane and his cousin, James M. Kane, were charged with second-degree robbery (a Class C felony) and fourth-degree criminal mischief and theft of services (both Class A misdemeanors), according to the Buffalo News.
The report said they spent time in the Erie County Holding Center before being taken to Buffalo City Court for arraignment at around 8 a.m. They were both then released.
Someone is going to be in trouble for serving a 20 year old…..don’t think a fake id would work for him…
