Sabres Select Zack Kassian

General Manager Darcy Regier went with size as the Buffalo Sabres drafted 18-year-old Zack Kassian, listed as a 6-foot-3, 210-pound right winger from the Peterborough Petes of the OHL with the 13th overall pick in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

He’s what the Sabres system needs. Size and a mean streak.

Info on this video says: “Big Hit… borderline dirty. The score is 6-0 and this guy just took a run at Luca Caputi 30 seconds before this. He was looking to hurt.”
