From the BillBoard:
The Bills have signed DT Marcus Stroud to a two-year contract extension that ties the three-time Pro Bowler to the team through 2012, according to an NFL source.
Stroud had two years remaining on his contract, which would have paid him $5.5 million ($3.5 in base salary) this year and $6 million in 2010. With the extension, the total deal is worth $29 million over the next four years with $12 million guaranteed, the source said. He’ll be paid $16 million over the next two seasons.
Stroud had a great season last year and filled a need for the Bills up the middle. No complaints here.
