It may be empty for now, but pretty soon it’s going to be football season again.
Today the Buffalo Bills announced the rest of their preseason schedule, and there are a few good ones on the list. This year the Bills have five preseason games due to the Hall of Fame Game, which kicks off the preseason schedule. I’m not saying they need the practice, but… yeah, they could probably use the practice. Here’s the schedule, which doesn’t have most dates and times set:
August 9 vs. Tennessee Titans (in Canton, Ohio)
August 13-17 vs. Chicago Bears
August 20-24 @ Green Bay Packers
August 27-31 @ Pittsburgh Steelers
September 3 or 4 vs. Detroit Lions
It’s always fun to go to Green Bay because the fans are crazy there and are dying to get into any game, let alone in the preseason. Pittsburgh will be a good one as well, and the Hall of Fame Game is always interesting (and very, very sloppy). If there’s a road trip somewhere in there, it’s to Canton for the induction of Bruce and Ralph, then sticking around for the Titans game.
Oh, and the home games are Detroit and Chicago? No wonder Toronto didn’t want any this season. Yikes.
